I am Zizi, and my experiences living in Italy🇮🇹/Finland🇫🇮/Hungary🇭🇺 have filled me with a deep interest in European culture. Through my participation in numerous European youth activities, I have had the privilege of meeting many fascinating European youths. With my Chinese cultural background, I am determined to establish a platform for exchange between European🇪🇺 and Chinese🇨🇳 youth.

「Chinese Youth in EU」 was founded one year ago, and this year, we welcome the birth of 「EU Youth in China].

Elaine

ELAINE

Hello, I'm Elaine. I have a passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

What fascinates me is that not only do foreigners currently living in China show a keen interest in this vibrant country, but also my international friends who've had the chance to visit China often cherish their experiences and curiosity about Chinese culture.

Recognizing this shared enthusiasm, I believe a platform like EYIC would be fascinating for fostering cross-cultural youth exchange between China and Europe.

Let's embark on this exciting journey together!🎉

Peter

PETER

I am Peter, a Hungarian🇭🇺 who has lived in China for five years. After graduating from Tsinghua University in China🇨🇳, I started my career as a programmer at a blockchain company. I have been studying Chinese for nearly a decade, allowing me to communicate fluently with Chinese locals. However, being a foreigner still presents many challenges in daily life.

I hope to establish the [EYIC] platform to connect European youth, facilitate mutual exchanges with Chinese youth, and provide more accessible and timely information for foreigners living in China!👍

YE

YE

My name is Ye, I am currently studying in Padua, Italy. During my living here, I was able to know so many lovely friends and people, across countries and cultures, their different ideas were like flashing sparks which attracted me and encouraged me, helping me to walk out of my comfort zone.
Thanks Zizi’s advice I started to apply for the 🇪🇺Erasmus+ activities, and during that I generally found the topic I wanted to dig into. After reflecting my experience, I understood how exchange and mobility can greatly let people break the gaps, to help you find yourself…
And I hope that one day, step by step EYIC will be able to promote the exchange of lovely youth between China and Europe!
